RadianceAI, a San Francisco-based startup specializing in AI-powered medical imaging diagnostics, has closed a $180 million Series C funding round led by Andreessen Horowitz. The company's platform uses deep learning models to assist radiologists in detecting early-stage cancers, fractures, and neurological conditions.

The platform has received FDA clearance for 12 diagnostic applications and is currently deployed in over 300 hospitals across the United States. Clinical studies show that radiologists using RadianceAI improve diagnostic accuracy by 18% while reducing reading times by 35%.

The new funding will support international expansion into the UK and Germany, as well as the development of additional diagnostic modules for cardiac imaging and pathology. The company plans to double its engineering team from 120 to 240 employees by year's end.
